If you are travelling with bulky items such as golf clubs, bicycles or surfboards, Black Label Transfers might bump you up to the 4-6 passenger transfer rate even if you are only 2-3 passengers. Budds in Surfers

With the peak holiday season nearly upon us it’s great to see new alternatives opening for the budget minded tourist. Budds in Surfers is a boutique backpackers. I believe this is a new concept for the Gold Coast, a backpackers that shoots a little higher than the average, that works hard to create a level of service and comfort beyond the other backpackers but without raising their price.

Budds in Surfers is family friendly so we expect that many families looking for budget accommodation in the heart of Surfers will also want a door-to-door pick-up service. As we have discussed before if you’re traveling up from the airport as a family it’s cheaper (and a whole lot easier) to order a pick-up from Black Label Transfers than it is to get the whole family on the airport transfer bus or into a taxi. Good to see a family friendly backpackers operating in Surfers. The idea of a family staying in a backpackers may not appeal to many but it would be almost impossible to get budget accommodation this good on the Gold Coast if you wanted to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

There may not be much cross-over between airport transfers and extreme sports but I mention this website because it’s run by some friends of ours. Travelling with Wheelchairs on the Gold Coast

The wheelchair bound can often find that getting around while on holidays can be somewhat of a challenge. Thankfully, Black Label Transfers can get you and your wheelchair from your doorstep Brisbane or Coolangatta Airport and back again. Here at Black Label Transfers, we’ve had experience in moving all sorts of bulky items, and there’s no problem fitting them in the back of our Tarago! To top it off, we have an experienced nurse on our staff who can assist you in getting where you need to go.

Just recently, a gentlemen made a booking through our online system and informed us that he would be travelling with a wheelchair. Our staff were more than happy to accommodate him and he was so impressed with our polite and helpful service, we were contracted to be his transport for his entire stay.
